A Psalm of Courage

O Lord, my God, You have filled my heart with courage,
A boldness that rises from trusting in You.
Though the path ahead is uncertain,
I will not fear, for You are my strength.

Your promises are my foundation,
And Your Word lights the way before me.
You have placed love within my heart, O Lord,
A love that calls me to be brave.

For her, I find the courage to wait,
To trust in Your timing and Your plan.

Her beauty speaks of Your glory,
But it is her heart, her wisdom, her spirit,
That emboldens me to press on with faith.

You have taught me, O God,
That courage is not the absence of fear,
But the willingness to trust You in the midst of it.

When doubt seeks to shake me,
You steady my heart with Your truth:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid,
For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Her presence in my life is a blessing,
A reminder of the greatness of Your creation.
She is not just the dream of my heart,
But the answer to the prayers I lift to You.

For her, I will stand firm in the waiting,
And for You, I will trust in the unfolding of Your plan.
When the weight of longing presses upon me,
I will look to You, O Lord,
For You are the source of my strength.

You have given me courage to believe,
To hope, and to love with an open heart.
Even in the waiting, I am unshaken,
For You are faithful, and Your promises are true.

Teach me to walk boldly in love,
To trust not only in what I see,
But in the faithfulness of Your Spirit.

Let my courage be a reflection of my trust in You,
And let my love for her honor the love You have shown to me.

Blessed are You, O God of courage and hope,
For You have given me the strength to endure,
And the faith to trust in Your perfect plan.

I will praise You in the moments of boldness,
And in the moments when courage feels far away.

For You are my God, my fortress, and my guide.
Forever will I trust in Your promises, O Lord,
And forever will I give thanks for her,
For the love You have placed in my heart,
And the courage You have given me to hold onto it.

You are my God, my Savior, and my King,
And in You, my heart will not fear.
